The ITF International Fair of Tourism, one of the traditional business pillars of the Belgrade Fair and the entire Serbian tourism industry, hosted more than 400 participants from 27 countries, 42,453 visitors and 1,000 accredited journalists from twenty countries at the last tourist gathering.
According to UNWO data, it is estimated that 790 million people traveled abroad between January and July 2024, which is about 11% more than in the same period in 2023. We, certainly contributed to that, together with our exhibitors and dear visitors, who right at the tourism fair, began their Adventure to the foreign and domestic destinations of our beautiful Serbia. We are sure that this will also be the case at the next International Fair of Tourism in Belgrade.
This most visited tourism fair in the region and beyond, with a large number of business guests and B2B activities (more than 500 scheduled meetings held), constitutes a significant market of several tens of millions of potential tourists.
Every year specially selected international and local travel agencies schedule meetings with exhibitors and buy group arrangements. The meetings are held at the special „B2B Meetings“ area (Hall 1) and are easily scheduled using this unique B2B platform especially created for the needs of the event.
