The B2B business portal is intended for the registration of both exhibitors and business visitors of legal entities.
Registration enables free promotion of your company and contacts with other registered members.
You access registration by clicking on Registration in the upper right corner of the screen. It is necessary to fill out the form correctly and accurately, after which you will receive an email notification to verify your registration. After verifying the registration, it is necessary to wait for approval by our administrators. After approval, which you will also be informed about via email, is it possible to access your profile.
You access the profile by clicking on Login and entering the required data.
Using the search (drop-down menu on the right side of your profile), select interesting, potential interlocutors with whom you get in touch by sending a direct message (Send a message).
B2B meetings (Hall 1) - The time scheduled for holding the meetings are
February, 20 from 11:30 - 17:00 and
February, 21 from 10:30 – 17:00
When you register, you are automatically registered to participate in meetings on both days in all times. If you are not able to participate in the meetings in a certain period, you must "lock" those times. You will do this by logging into your profile and selecting "Scheduling" from the menu on the left (third in line), there you select the day and time you want to lock by simply clicking on the padlock.
You send a request for a meeting by selecting the profile to which you want to send a request in the search (from your menu on the left, second in line) and by simply clicking on "send a request for a meeting" and selecting a time, you have sent the request. After the person accepts your request, you will receive a notification about it, and in the left menu in Agenda (4th in order) you can view and download the schedule of your meetings.
Canceling meetings as well as rejecting received requests work according to the same principle.
